  1. Introduction – Yeh Agreement Kya Hai?

Jab bhi tum Unifox Tech Updates (unifoxcoaching.in) pe aate ho – articles padhte ho jaise OnePlus Nord leaks, Samsung vs Pixel comparisons, battery life tests, ya koi bhi tech news – comments karte ho, contact form bhejte ho, ya sirf browse karte ho, toh tum in Terms and Conditions se fully agree kar rahe ho. Ye humare (Unifox team) aur tumhare (users/visitors) beech ka binding agreement hai. Simple language mein: site use kar rahe ho toh ye rules follow karne padenge.

Agar tum in terms se agree nahi karte – chahe koi bhi reason ho – toh please site band kar do aur kabhi wapas mat aana. Hum kabhi bhi in terms ko update kar sakte hain bina pehle notice diye. New version site pe daalte hi apply ho jaata hai. Isliye har baar aane pe check kar lena – bottom pe last updated date dikhega. Continued use ka matlab hai tumne new terms accept kar liye.

Not Allowed (Strictly Mana Hai):

  • Bina humari written permission (email se confirm) ke poora article copy-paste karna, republish karna (apni blog pe, YouTube pe, Facebook page pe), ya commercial use karna.
  • Content ko modify karke apna bana lena ya sell karna.
  • Bots, scrapers, automated tools use karke bulk mein content download karna.
  • Site ko hack karne, slow karne, malware daalne ki koshish.
  • Comments mein abusive gaali-galoch, personal attack, spam links, fake news, religious/political hate spread karna.
  • Koi illegal cheez promote karna – jaise piracy, hacking tools, etc.
  • Fake accounts bana ke multiple comments spam karna.

Agar koi rule break kiya toh hum turant comment delete kar sakte hain, account/IP block kar sakte hain, aur serious case mein legal notice bhej sakte hain.

  1. User Generated Content – Comments, Messages, etc.

Jab tum comment karte ho ya contact form bhejte ho:

  • Tum guarantee dete ho ki jo likh rahe ho woh tumhara original hai, kisi ke copyright ya rights violate nahi kar raha.
  • Hum comments ko publish, edit (grammar fix ke liye), delete, ya moderate kar sakte hain bina reason bataye.
  • Abusive, off-topic, spam, ya irrelevant comments hum hata denge.
  • Agar tumhare comment se koi legal problem aata hai (defamation, copyright claim), toh tum hi responsible ho – hum nahi.
  1. Intellectual Property – Content Ka Maalik Kaun?

Saari cheezein site pe – articles, phone comparisons, battery charts, images, graphics, logos, design – sab humari (ya licensed) property hain. Copyright Act 1957 aur trademarks ke under protected hain.

Tum bina permission ke:

  • Content reproduce nahi kar sakte.
  • Modify ya derivative work nahi bana sakte.
  • Distribute ya commercial use nahi kar sakte.

Sirf personal viewing aur limited fair use allowed hai with credit.

  1. Affiliate Links aur Third Party Stuff

Bahut saare articles mein affiliate links hote hain (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Agar tum un se kuch khareedo toh humein commission mil sakta hai – lekin tumhare liye price same rahega, koi extra paise nahi dena padega. Ye humein free content dete rehne mein help karta hai.

Third party links (YouTube videos, brand sites, etc.) sirf convenience ke liye hain. Hum un sites ki content, privacy, ya safety ke liye responsible nahi. Unke rules follow karna tumhari zimmedaari hai.

Site “AS IS” basis pe hai. Hum koi warranty nahi dete:

Ye terms Indian laws (Indian Contract Act 1872, IT Act 2000, etc.) ke under govern honge. Koi dispute ho toh sirf Ahmedabad, Gujarat ke courts mein hi solve hoga.

  1. Termination aur Changes

Hum kabhi bhi tumhara access terminate kar sakte hain agar terms break kiye. Terms change hone pe site pe update kar denge.

  1. Miscellaneous Baatein

Agar koi term invalid nikle toh baaki sab apply honge. Humare beech koi partnership ya employment nahi hai.
